I book a maximum of 3 postpartum mothers per month.

The Essential Postpartum Doula package includes:
- Phone and email support for 6 weeks postpartum
- 1 Prenatal visit
- 18 hours* Postpartum support: Doing the messages like grocery shopping, meal preparation for the family (ingredients need to be provided), light housework, and breastfeeding support.

*Visits are broken into 3 hours increments during business hours and cannot be used for overnight care.

Payment plans are available with a 35% retainer (non-refundable) upon contract signing, and billed weekly for the care provided.
